Baby it's cold outside (for Texas)

kaelliteIt is 29 degrees where I am at. Thank Heavens, though it will not last.
However, since it is cold, and I have the day off, I have been cooking;
Asparagus, sweet pepper and Fontina Strata for Breakfast
Angel Biscuits and Chicken/Proscuitto chowder for dinner tonight
Bitrersweet Chocolate Tart with Sea Salt.
For Lunch Tomato soup and brocoall rabe panini.
However, since it is cold, and I have the day off, I have been cooking;
