Roasted Pear and Chocolate Chunk Scones

kaelliteSeriously, if you like to bake or cook and are not following 'the smitten kitchen' blog, you should be.
I made these last night and put them in the freezer to bake this morning, and OMG, sooooo good.
Also, last night was root vegetable minestrone.
Today is 3 cheese mac and cheese (with bacon, because bacon makes almost everything better)
Bitter greens salad
Tomorrow
Seafood pot pie
lemon tart (both courtesy of Barefoot Contessa recipes)
