Cooking steaks

So today my folks bought me meat.  No not James Marsden or Henry Cavill or Ian Somerhalder.  I wish

So, II am making a porcini rub from Nancy Silverton's cookbook "Mozza" for the steaks, as well as two salads from the same book (Mozza Chopped Salad and Nancy's Little Gem Salad with dates) and broccoline with chili garlic oil.

We shall see how this turns out.
