No, I am not there. I wish.
The Hobbit: Not sure about this. I still haven't forgiven Peter Jackson for RUINING "The Lovely Bones", I am also inclined to think his return to Middle Earth has less to do with love of that world and more to do with the fact that "King Kong' did not work, not "Bones" so 'Let me go back to hit making and sure thing territiory."
I'm also not thrilled with Luke Evans the Welsh actor who was out, then when cast in "The Hobbit" thru his publicist, back tracked.
Pacific Rim: The premise (Giant Sea creatures take over the earth and mankind has one last chance to win, with giant robots) would not normally be my fare,, but it is Guillermo Del Torro so I am there (Charlie Hunnam is a plus as well)
Looper: Joseph Gordon Levitt and the director of "Brick", I am there.
Elysium: the director of District 9, a interesting plot (the wealthy escape earth and live on space stations, the disenfrachised are left on a troubled earth). I will see this.
Oz: The Great and Powerful. My first thought was 'fanfiction i.e. Wicked, turned entertainment and a copy cat one at that). However it appears they used L Frank Baum's other OZ books as the source,, the director is Sam Rami, the cast includes James Franco and Michelle Williams, I will see it,
Breaking Dawn Part 2: When hell freezes over.
Resident Evil, Part whatever. Why?
Total Recall: Why?
However, the new issue of EW came and it has some things on what is to be presented at Comic Con. So my thoughts on some of the movies the magazine mentions.
